33 Division 416-808-3300 The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a nighttime residential break-and-enter investigation. Over the past few months, 33 Division and 42 Division began to experience a rise in residential break-and-enters that were occurring during the nighttime hours while the occupants were home. On Thursday, December 3, 2015, Keron Kenton, 25,of Toronto, was arrested as a result of this investigation. He has been charged with: - 16 counts of Break-and-Enter Commit - nine counts of Break-and-Enter with Intent - two counts of Trespassing at Night - 17 counts of Fail to Comply with Probation Order - two counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 - Possession of Burglars' Tools He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Friday, December 4, 2015, 10 a.m., room 306.
