This application proposes to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-laws to legalize an existing medical office use within a newly constructed two-storey building on two residential lots. The total commercial gross floor area is 580m² (6239 ft²) and the lot coverage is 28.57%. Ten parking spaces are provided at the rear of the building and access to the parking area is provided from a six metre wide driveway located along the west side of the property from Newton Drive.
