Options for New Ward Boundaries in Toronto

The City of Toronto is seeking a second round of comments from the public on options being considered for the Ward Boundary Review, an initiative to help ensure that each person in the city is fairly represented by City Council.

There is currently a wide range of ward population totals in Toronto. A key focus of the Review is to make sure that the number of people in each ward is similar across the city. It will also consider that well-established communities of common interests should not be split by boundaries. A ward's history and physical or natural features are part of the criteria as well.

There are two opporunities to provide your feedback on the possible options for ward boundary re-alignment:
